PRICING - Gram weights and carat weights are approximate. Items are priced to reflect their actual weight. Please note that styles may vary particularly with the Platinum items.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - Checks, Cash, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover

SHIPPING & DELIVERY - We carry a large inventory and normally ship within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of an order. Backorders or special orders may take from one to four weeks. We will call or e- mail you with an estimated delivery date. Most packages are shipped at the flat rate of $9.95. However, some shipments may require additional fees, which we would notify you of in advance.

APPRAISALS - Sent with all purchases for items over $1,000.00 or by request for items under $1,000.00.

DIAMOND TRADE-IN POLICY - Any one carat or larger stone can be upgraded for another diamond. The trade-in value is the estimated value price at the time of trade in, excluding charges such as tax and shipping.

MOUNTING GUARANTEE - We guarantee the mounting for your diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire against all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. Ring sizes can be requested for our diamond line.

RING SIZING - All of our rings are sized to what has been determined to be an average finger size. When you purchase a ring on amirandassociates.com, you will be shown the size (or sizes) in which the ring is available. If you need a different size, we can resize the ring. Ring sizing services will take up to three business days before the order is shipped. There is a small fee involved ($19.99 for yellow gold or white gold). There are some instances where a ring cannot be sized, due to its style or the metal of which it is made. In this case we may be able to make the ring in your size .To make the ring will take about two weeks. Please check the size of the ring you have chosen to ensure it will fit or that it can be sized to fit at a later date. Remember, the size of your finger is affected by many factors, including weather conditions and stress. When you have your finger sized, try to do so on a cool, calm day!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be pre-authorized. Record the authorization number on the outside of the box. YOU MUST INSURE THE PACKAGE FOR THE VALUE OF THE ITEM BEING RETURNED! We cannot replace any lost or damaged packages. Returned merchandise must be received in the same condition in which you received it. Watches may be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided the watch is undamaged and unaltered. A 10% restocking fee may apply on some items. Special Sized or Custom designed jewelry is not returnable. Returns will be credited to your account within 2 weeks of receiving your return. You must send a copy of your invoice with the return.
